Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed by email at the time of booking.

Deposit

All table reservations for 6 or more persons are required to pay a deposit of £10 per person. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill amount.

Peak Time Bookings

During peak times, your table is yours for an allotted time in order for our team to manage waiting times. This time begins at the original time of your booking and we cannot always factor in extra time for any late arrival.

SEATING TIME

Please be aware that during certain periods (weekends) and times of the year (holidays), your reservation will be honoured as close to your requested time as possible. However, there may be a slight delay in seating you at your table if the restaurant is at full capacity.

Late arrival

We will hold your table for 15 minutes from the time of your booking. If you are running more than 15 minutes late on the day, please give us a call and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. Please note that this time may be taken off your overall booking time. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee your booking and may need to release your table. If you are running late and have paid a deposit, we will deem you as a “no-show” and retain your deposit.

Cancellation

To modify or cancel a reservation, please see the link at the bottom of the reservation confirmation email. Reservations can be modified up to 12 hours prior to the confirmed booking. After this time the booking is final and cannot be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable on all final bookings.

LOSS AND DAMAGE

All property left on the premises is done so at the owner’s risk. Management accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to property left behind.
